Baseball Shirt Drop Off / Pants Swaps
This Saturday 3/8 will be the drop off for the names placement on shirts for baseball teams from age 5YO to 12YO. Coaches will need to drop the shirts off in one of the sacks they picked up uniforms and have a typed sheet that has uniform # and player name (either first or last, up to the teams). The drop off time is 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Civitan Park. We expect the turn around in about 10 days. This is also when any sponsor logos will be placed.
We will make pants swaps for the 5-6YOs at this same time. To make a swap, pants with original tag must be returned for a swap to occur. They cannot be returned later meaning you cannot get a new pair with a promise to return the original pair later.
The pants swap for 7YO to 12YO will be Sunday at 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. The reason these have been split up is that most of the youth smalls were handed out with our 5-6YOs and those need to be used for 7YOs to 12YOs.
