The J’s Triple Threat Basketball Program is a year round, comprehensive basketball training program that focuses on both the physical and mental aspects of player development.  Combining general athletic training, skill development and attention to the intangibles of being a well-rounded athlete; the Triple Threat Basketball Program is dedicated to helping individual players progress by utilizing a challenging curriculum and positive coaching methods as well as maintaining high standards and expectations of all those involved.   
 

The J’s Triple Threat Basketball Program is offers several different developmental programs to better accommodate a wide range of ages and skill levels of players. We want to make sure we can accomplish the main goal of our program - to help kids learn and enjoy the game of basketball.  Our programs will allow us to help players advance their skills and understanding of the game in the appropriate setting.  Please keep in mind that at the youth level everything is developmental.

Summer Triple Threat Basketball Programs

The Summer Triple Threat program is a continuation of the Spring Session.  Most teams will continue playing in the Summer but depending on numbers, it is possible that some teams will either merge or go dormant until the Fall.

We are offering returning and prospective new players the opportunity to practice together next week as follows. New players will be evaluated by coaches to fill open roster spots.

3/4 Boys Monday, May 22 from 6 to 7:15 pm at The J - Gym 1
6th Boys Monday, May 22 from 7:30 to 8:45 pm at The J - Gym 1
3/4 Girls Tuesday, May 23 from 4:45-6 pm at The J - Gym 2
5th Boys Tuesday, May 23 from 4:45-6 pm at The J - Gym 1
5-8th Girls Tuesday, May 23 from 6-7:15 pm at The J - Gym 2
7th-9th Boys Tuesday, May 23 from 6-7:15 pm at The J - Gym 1

Age groups for the Summer session are based upon the 2022-23 school year.
  Initial registration is at no cost.  A determination will be made by May 22 regarding viability for the Summer.  At that point, notifications will go out and payment will be due if a team moves forward.

New players are welcome to register as some team spots may open up.  As a reminder, this program is for experienced players at an intermediate level or higher.

The program includes two practices per week to take place at The J.  Games will take place on weekends in either a local league or in tournaments.

9-week season  May 29 – July 30  (no practices on May 29, July 3-4)

Fees: $295 with J member discount $220 (includes coach and tournament/league fees)

All practices in the Summer session take place at The J and start no earlier than 4:30 pm
