Introducing The FAST Jump Start Program

The F.A.S.T Jump Start Program will work to build a young athlete‚Äôs physical foundation and improve coordination and self-esteem. Our speed and strength training methods are serious, but all within a fun and friendly environment to ensure the young athlete is engaged and motivated to give 100%.

Our coaches will motivate and challenge the young athlete, while providing age-level safe and appropriate training techniques and corrections that set a foundation for good life-time habits.

F.A.S.T Jump Start is a must for any young person who wants to develop foundational athletic skills that will help them rise above their competition.
The F.A.S.T Jump Start Program will aim to enhance:

  • Coordination
  • Running Technique
  • Body Weight Strength
  • First Step Quickness
  • Flexibility
  • Injury Prevention
  • Self Confidence


Dates:  November 1 - December 16 (no classes 11/24 or 11/25)
January-February session to be announced soon

4th and 5th Graders Mondays and Wednesdays  4:30-5:20 pm

6th - 8th Graders  Tuesdays and Thursdays 4:30-5:20 pm

Limited to 12 participants per age group

Location:  The J's Indoor Turf Space

Fees: $270; $180 with J member discount
