Speed and Agility Training

Ages 8-12 | Youth Athletic Development

Our Youth Athletic Development program is designed to athletes the correct way - build, develop, and improve functionality and agility of athletes in all sports, giving them the ability to enhance their capabilities to perform at their very best. Athletes will be taught proper speed training, running mechanics, and how to become a more explosive athlete while educating to prevent injuries during training.

Summer Session Dates: 

  • Session A- May 23-June 30 (no class Memorial Day, 5/30)
    • Mondays and Wednesdays- 5:00-5:50pm or
    • Tuesdays and Thursdays- 8:30-9:20am
  • Session B- July 12-Aug 18
    • Tuesdays and Thursdays- 8:30-9:20am

The J’s Indoor Turf Space

Fees:  $270; $180 with J member discount
($25 discount when registering for both Session A and Session B)
