J  Baseball and Girls' Softball hires, trains and schedules its own baseball and softball umpires. While experience is always a plus, those with a solid baseball and softball IQ and who understand the importance of punctuality, a strong work ethic and always doing your best, are encouraged to contact us regardless of experience. Umpires must be at least 14 years of age and must attend the mandatory training session. Scheduling is flexible and can include weeknights and weekends.
 
Umpire Training will be held for you after completion of the onboarding process and background check.
