What does my registration include?
Your registration includes a t-shirt, the programming, a licensed coach and all the equipment needed during the sessions.
Are your coaches licensed, and Safe-Soccer cleared?
Yes, all staff coaches are required to pass a background check, and all have completed a U.S. Soccer Coaching course, including the safety courses.
Where does the soccer program take place?
The winter soccer program is on the indoor turf at The Jewish Community Center of Greater Kansas City inside the Fitness entrance.
Can my child be in the same class as a friend?
Each child will be placed in the class they are registered for. We cannot guarantee that a child will be placed in the same class as a friend or family member.
Does my child need cleats?
Cleats are optional but not required for Minis and Juniors. For our Futures and Soccer Lab athletes, cleats are required.
Does my child need shinguards?
Shinguards are optional but not required for Minis and Juniors. For our Futures and Soccer Lab athletes, shinguards with socks fully covering them are required.
Do we need to bring soccer equipment?
The J provides all necessary equipment, including soccer balls. We just ask that you wear comfortable clothes and bring water.
Is there a waitlist for sold out classes?
Yes! You can sign up for the waitlist for your specific session. If a spot opens up, we will contact you.
What is the Refund Policy?
A $15.00 cancellation fee charged through November 2; 50% refund starting November 3; NO REFUNDS ISSUED AFTER NOVEMBER 9.
